Chicken Curry


  • 1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Kay's Masala
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 0.5 cup water
  • Naan, bread, or rice, for serving


  1. Marinate: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with Kay's Masala and lemon juice. Ensure every piece is well-coated. Let the chicken marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Onions: In a wide pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions, frying them until they turn translucent.
  3. Chicken: Introduce the marinated chicken to the pan. Let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. Simmer: Pour in the 0.5 cup of water, then cover the pan with a lid. Allow the chicken to simmer for another 10 minutes.
