Masala Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) bag of frozen cauliflower (fresh cauliflower can also be used)
- 1/2 packet of Kay’s Curries Masala Spice Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Sprinkle the half packet of masala mix over the cauliflower. Toss well to ensure the florets are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
3. Roast the Cauliflower:
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
4. Bake:
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Stir halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
5. Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
