Saucepan & Water
2 tbsp. Ghee / butter
Handful Cashews & Golden Raisins (optional)

Roast nuts & raisins.
Add water, bring it to a boil.
Add contents of the kit and cook on simmer.

Serve warm. Great for breakfast or as a dessert.

This is a great Gluten-Free (polenta) alternative to the traditionally made Sooji Halwa.
