Vegetable Biryani, one pot meal


Wide non-stick saucepan
Cooking oil

Add oil.
Add spices, veggies, & washed rice.
Add water and cook.

If you want to add protein, Paneer is great option.

Serve with a side of Raita or Plain Greek Yogurt.
