We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media and Email Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll shape our digital presence on social media platforms and drive our email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, contributing significantly to our brand's growth and engagement. Experience with ChatGPT is desired for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and email marketing campaigns each quarter.
- Create engaging content for social media; design compelling email marketing templates using Canva and HubSpot.
- Manage and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels and email marketing efforts, using data to drive decisions.
- Collaborate with the Founder to ensure a cohesive online voice and brand message.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media and email marketing to continually adapt and refine strategies.
- Engage with online communities on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in both social media management and email marketing.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot for managing and optimizing email campaigns, as well as in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication, writing, and design skills for creating compelling online content.
- Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with ChatGPT is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Additional details:
- Location: Boston. Preference is given to someone local before considering remote options.
- Wages: $15 - 18 per hour (DOE and In-person vs Remote)
- Days & hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 15 hours
