- Sauté and Add Ingredients: Set the Instant Pot to Sauté mode on the "Less" setting. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or oil and let it melt.
- Add Packet Ingredients: Once the butter is melted, add all the ingredients from the packet, including the spice mix. Pour in 2.5 cups of water.
- Pressure Cook: Cancel the sauté mode, close and secure the lid, and turn the pressure valve to the Sealing position. Set the Instant Pot to Manual mode on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
- Natural Release and Mash: Allow the Instant Pot to Natural Release. Once complete, mash all the ingredients using an immersion blender until the desired texture is reached. Season with salt as needed.
