Last fall, at one of our bustling Farmer's Markets, we found ourselves cooking one of our delectable kits on a camping stove, intending to offer samples. Unexpectedly, customers were so impressed by the taste that they started buying Kay's products for their camping adventures. The only hitch was that our regular kits were too large to cook conveniently in a camping pot. Determined to cater to our camping enthusiasts, we swiftly introduced a smaller serving size.
