Shrimp Curry


  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 1 lb shrimp, thawed, deveined, and tails removed
  • Kay's Masala
  • 0.5 cup water
  • Rice, for serving

  2. Onions: Add the diced red onion, frying until they become translucent.
  3. Shrimp: Introduce the thawed shrimp to the pan.
  4. Masala: Sprinkle in Kay's Masala, ensuring the shrimp are well-coated by giving everything a good mix.
  5. Water: Pour in the 0.5 cup of water and stir well.
