Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil
1 large red onion, diced
1 lb shrimp, thawed, deveined, and tails removed
Kay's Masala
0.5 cup water
Rice, for serving
Instructions:
Start with Oil:
In a skillet or pan, heat 2 tbsp. of oil over medium heat.
Onions:
Add the diced red onion, frying until they become translucent.
Shrimp:
Introduce the thawed shrimp to the pan.
Masala:
Sprinkle in Kay's Masala, ensuring the shrimp are well-coated by giving everything a good mix.
Water:
Pour in the 0.5 cup of water and stir well.
Simmer:
Reduce heat to medium-low and let the shrimp curry simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve:
Dish out the aromatic and flavorful shrimp curry onto a plate or bowl. It pairs perfectly with steamed rice. Enjoy your delectable meal!
