Tandoori Chicken - Kays style

Ingredients:

  • Kays Curry Masala
  • 5-6 Chicken Drumsticks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Oil for spraying
  • AirFryer or conventional oven

Instructions:

  1. Marinate: In a bowl, combine the chicken drumsticks with Kay's Masala and lemon juice. Ensure the drumsticks are well-coated. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat: Set your AirFryer to 380°F.
  3. Prepare AirFryer: Lightly spray the AirFryer tray with oil and place the marinated drumsticks on it, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  4. Cook: Select the 'chicken' setting on your AirFryer, followed by the 'shake' option.
  5. Serve: Once the drumsticks are cooked to perfection, transfer them to a serving plate and enjoy them hot!
