Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a notification via email or the Shop App once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $60.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

Kay’s Curries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods, then reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
