How long does everything take to cook?
Each kit has its own time: Vegetable Biryani and Masala Kichadi are 15-minute, one-pot meals. Chicken Biryani takes about 25 minutes.

Do I need to add my own protein for the Chicken Biryani kit?
Yes. By nature, the kit doesn't include any chicken, it's designed for you to add about 1 lb of the protein of your choice (chicken, lamb, or goat).

Is this box allergen-free?
Yes, all three kits are free of nuts, dairy, and the other top 9 allergens (wheat, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, sesame, and peanuts), plus seed oil-free and gluten-free.

Where are Kay's Curries kits made?
Every kit is made small-batch at Hope & Main in Warren, Rhode Island.

How should I store this, and how long does it last?
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 24 months from production.
